Furthermore, Burgess Pigment Company confirms that no product we manufacture or sell contain elements or compounds designated as Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) or found on the Substitute It Now (SIN) list.

We affirm that all Burgess Pigment products do not exceed the following limits with regards to materials or components, nor are any of the following intentionally added:

 Lead     (Pb)   <100 ppm   (0.01%)
 Cadmium    (Cd)   <100 ppm   (0.01%)
 Mercury    (Hg)   < 100 ppm  (0.01%)
 Hexavalent Chromium   (Cr VI)   < 100 ppm  (0.01%)
 Polybrominated Biphenyls  (PBB)   <1000 ppm (0.01%)
 Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers (PBDE)   <1000 ppm (0.01%)
